Codez the startup way

Devenez développeur web

Maîtrisez ruby, SQL, et le framework Rails pour construire des applications web. Apprenez des techniques de design avancées en CSS (flexbox, CSS grid). Plongez dans Javascript et explorez ES6. Plus d'infos.

Comprenez la technique

Apprenez à penser comme un "Software engineer". Cette personne qui comprend les enjeux techniques, qui sait ce que MVC veut dire, comment marche une base de données, ce que contient une requête HTTP. Quelqu'un qui voit le monde sous un angle technique.

Adoptez le bon workflow

Il existe une bonne façon de travailler sur un produit tech. Ecrire les user stories, dessiner le schéma de la base de données, faire un mockup sur Sketch, collaborer en utilisant des pull-requests sur Github. Apprenez à travailler avec la méthodologie des meilleures startups.

Utilisez les outils des startups

Heroku, Stripe, MailChimp, Cloudinary, Algolia... Nous vous apprendrons à implémenter toutes ces solutions pour être plus efficace quand vous lancez un nouveau produit. Gagnez du temps, utilisez le bon outil pour la bonne raison. C'est le mindset qui nous guide depuis le départ au Wagon.

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Audrey graduated with a BComm in International Business with a minor in marketing from Concordia University. Fluent in English, French, and Mandarin, she has accumulated years of experience in the fashion industry, as well as the tech space in both established companies, as well as in startups. Her love for design and aesthetics is what motivates her to create beautiful tech products. As a teacher, Audrey loves to challenge students to push their boundaries and explore their creativity.

Dounan Hu

Originaire de Shanghai, Dounan a étudié la physique et l'astronomie à l'université de Cambridge jusqu'en en 2005. Tombé dans la programmation à l'âge de 16 ans, résidant aux Etats-Unis, il crée des algorithmes universitaires pour servir la recherche en astronomie. Il s'implique dans de nombreuses activités sociales et à but non lucratif, à New York puis au Brésil. En 2010 Dounan devient un consultant en technologie pour les startups dans la Silicon Valley puis en Chine, où il a rejoint Aihehuo.com comme CTO en 2015. Avec Le Wagon Shanghai, Dounan partage sa passion des entreprises sociales et de l'architecture logicielle auprès des futures générations d'entrepreneurs.

Maria Altyeva

Maria is an alumni from Yale University, an airport lounge sleeper, nacho cheese enthusiast, yoga instructor and a ninja back-end engineer! She moved to China in 2014 to explore the tech scene and is currently leading the development team at 5:IT, while sharing her thoughts on her blog and running a small supper club. Maria will guide Le Wagon students through the first steps of the Rails back-end framework, and help them build Minimal Viable Products!

Sergio is an alumni from Swarthmore College, who has 7 years of entrepreneurial experience in China. Since he was 18 years old until now, he has been involved the creation of 6 profitable startups ranging from music industry to education industry. He has fulfilled roles as a database architect, lead developer, and now is the CEO of a Hangzhou-based software development company. As Sergio first stepped into coding as a student at LeWagon, he is excited to give back to the community that helped him get his start by teaching students how to become expert algorithmic thinkers. He hopes to help LeWagon students develop the ability to make a backend strong enough to support an entire startup.
