Samuel Dionne, the Android lead at Transit embarked on his journey with the company in 2013 with a background in software and mobile development. Samuel and his team are responsible for implementing new features, fixing bugs and ensuring the app feels at home on Android devices. They continue to drive Transit's mission forward, making urban mobility smarter and more accessible for users worldwide.
Alexandre Grégoire studied and taught art history before deciding to transition into the field of web development and technology. He brought his expertise to Transit in 2016 and he is now the Web team lead. Alexandre and his team shoulder a diverse array of responsibilities, ranging from publishing transit schedules online to implementing ticketing integrations for the app and creating dashboards for transit agencies to track ridership statistics. Additionally, they dedicate their expertise to developing in-house web tools that streamline workflow processes, ultimately enhancing efficiency for their colleagues across the board.
