How it works:
Are you an employee in a levy paying company in Mauritius?
If yes, then your employer can qualify for up to 95% of HRDC refund !

The HRDC is responsible for the management of the National Training Fund (NTF). Under the NTF, various training incentives are offered to employers in order to allow them to meet part of the training cost of their employees and to support other training initiatives both at enterprise and national levels. Employers can recover up to 95% of course fees depending on their annual levy paid.

Eligibility:
(i) Contribution of the Training Levy 
(ii) Sponsored employee following the course should be on the payroll of the employer and paying the training levy

Once admitted at Le Wagon, you can upload your application for refund on HRDC online portal, minimum 10 days before course start.

How it works:
The Graduate Training for Employment Scheme (GTES) is a Government measure which aims at improving the employability of unemployed graduates / diploma holders, by equipping them with the right skills through training programmes tailored to the needs of participating enterprises.

The GTES is being implemented by the Human Resource Development Council (HRDC). 

Eligibility:
Unemployed graduates/diploma holders are invited to register on the GTES platform to benefit from training and placement programmes.
Eligible graduates will be contacted when employers submit their proposals to the HRDC.

Pre-selection and selection of candidates will be based on the requirements of the employers.

How it works:
To better match skills with the demand of employers, unemployed individuals will be enlisted for training and placement in technical skills that are in demand. The NSDP is open to all sectors of activity.
The training and placement will be of 3 to 12 months’ duration. The trainees will be paid a monthly stipend of Rs 8,000, based on attendance and upon satisfactory participation in the training.

Eligibility:
The programme targets unemployed individuals having studied up to the Diploma level (equivalent to NQF Level 6) and aged 16 years or older.

How it works:
Pay the full balance in one go and receive a discount on your tuition fees. This is the best option if you want to use your savings and minimize the overall tuition fee.

Eligibility
: For everyone applying to Le Wagon in Mauritius, you must just pay your entire tuition at the time of your enrolment to be eligible for a discount.

How it works:
You will only need to pay the enrolment deposit upfront (included in the tuition fee). Once the bootcamp starts you will start paying the remaining amount corresponding to your bootcamp.

You must be a Mauritian citizen.

How it works: Take advantage of a loan negotiated by Le Wagon.

Eligibility: Anyone who has been accepted onto a Le Wagon training course. No age limit. No deposit or guarantors required. Apply at least 10 business days before training begins.
