Forrest is a graduate from JiaoTong university where he co-founded Ele.me. He worked as Software Engineer at Microsoft, then Product Manager at Tencent. 3 years ago Forrest decided to drop his corporate career to become a full-time Ruby on Rails developer! At Le Wagon he will teach to our entrepreneurs the fundamentals of code, how to master the best frameworks and adopt a good tech workflow for a very fast execution.
Originally from Shanghai, Dounan studied Physics & Astronomy to get an M.S at the University of Cambridge in 2005. Involved in programming since the age of 16, he lived in the USA to conduct university-level projects of algorithms and serve the research of Astronomy. He also got involved in numerous social & nonprofit activities from NY to Brazil. By 2010 Dounan went ahead to become a tech consultant for the startups in the Bay area and in China, where he joined Aihehuo.com as CTO in 2015. With Le Wagon Dounan shares his passion of social enterprises & software architecture to the next generation of makers.
Allen knows that a strong education experience can transform your life. Since graduating from Yale University in 2010, Allen has helped students across Asia plan and achieve their educational goals. He most recently worked with the University of California - Berkeley where he developed the Asia-Pacific recruitment strategy for their Master of Information and Data Science degree. After witnessing this powerful intersection of education and technology, Allen hopes to empower Le Wagon students to skill-up, build their ideas, and create their future. He's excited to drive Le Wagon in Chengdu, a place he's called home since 2013.
Thibault is a digital marketing practitioner passionate about Chinese innovation. Since 2010 he held various positions as project manager in Shanghai, helping fabulous brands to design their digital strategy for a market of 700M+ netizens. He also developed a conviction: today, innovation is fed by a mix of business and tech talents. Thibault founded Le Wagon in Shanghai to support creative entrepreneurs build amazing products in China!
A former senior international TV correspondent for Russian networks, Andrey fell in love with programming while working in France and decided to change his career entirely. After graduating from Le Wagon in Paris he found his calling in helping people from different walks of life to discover the beauty of code. Considers programming a form of creative writing.
