After studying computer science at university, Francesco decided to leave Italy, his home country, and move to Asia to work as an IT project manager. He spent 5 years in China and Cambodia and came to the conclusion that having a stronger foundation in programming would boost his project management skills. So he moved to Europe and did Le Wagon. The experience changed his life and inspired him to bring Le Wagon to his home country.
After an engineering school, Boris worked for 3 years in financial markets before getting bored. He quit to live his real passion, web-development and product design. Co-founding Le Wagon as CEO, he has been teaching frontend, web-design and Rails for 4 years and also gives frequent talks on technical entrepreneurship in major business & engineering schools.
Damian sold his first website at the age of 16 and has been doing web development ever since. He dropped out of college at 20 years old and worked as a freelancer while creating online products like hashtagbattle.com. At the age of 21, he was the first and youngest teacher in France to share his experience with Rails. Then he moved to Morocco to set up an innovation agency and trained some of the finest engineers in the country. Today, he's an independent consultant still in love with Rails and passionate about making great products.
